My Vision
I
see the body of Christ teaching (II Timothy 2:2)
and equipping the body of Christ to serve the world and edify the
church. (Ephesians 4:11-12) until everyone is walking in the fullness of their calling (Ephesians 4:16).
I see a church where:
Leaders regognize, call out, equip, and release those entrusted to them into the fullness of their calling.
Leaders steward what they have been given, pass it on, and move to the next challenge.
All gifts are valued not only the oracle gifts.
Worship on the weekends flows from the body being perfected in their purpose. (The beauty of holiness)
All the needs of the body are met in the body.
